Momentum in Soccer

Momentum is a phenomenon that all players experience positively and negatively in training, matches and between matches across a season.
This book teaches players and coaches how to understand it, affect it, control it and use it to their advantage. By exploring momentum and its influence, it allows coaches and players to raise the standards of their game through tactics, player and coach psychology and reading the pattern of the match. Including interviews with top players and coaches, this is the definitive guide to controlling momentum in soccer.
