  • Andy Cale is The Football Association's Education Advisor. His duties include the education of players and coaches at International Level (U20s down) and involvement in the Coach Education Programme. He is currently implementing The FA Psychology for Football strategy, which he developed along with representatives from the professional football bodies. Psychology for Football Courses Levels 1 and 2 have been introduced into the National Course programme for 2003 and the Diploma Course commences in October 2003. He has a Masters in Sports Science and a PhD in Sports Psychology and was formerly a lecturer of Sports Psychology at Loughborough University and the Sports Psychologist at Sheffield United FC.
