Overview:
Two of the world’s leading coaches, Simon Smith, Goalkeeping Coach, and Paul Winsper, Strength and Conditioning Coach, work with goalkeepers of different ages and abilities. This 100-minute DVD is split into 4 sections exercises and drills for Junior and Pro levels. In the gym, Paul explains and demonstrates exercises for:
movement memory
plyometrics
balance, speed and coordination
core strength
power.
On the pitch, Simon works with goalkeepers taking them through a series of drills, which incorporate the work done by Paul. |
