payable to FA Learning Limited, should you wish to post or fax us
your order. Ordering Online ... Safe and
Secure Our online ordering service is fully secure so
you can shop with confidence at falearningshop.com. Once you've
found a product you want to buy, simply click on your basket
button, complete your details and send. Your order will be received
by our customer care and warehouse team who will pack your products

have placed it? You may cancel your order up to ten days after
you have placed it online by contacting our customer care team. We
will automatically refund you the correct amount. What if I decide I don't want the product
when it arrives? You will receive an immediate 'no-quibble' refund
if you return your order intact within ten days. Please note
that the no-quibble guarantee does not apply to CD-ROMs. Many of
our CD-ROMs are now licenced to stop piracy. This means that once
installed upon your computer they cannot be used by any other user
if returned. CD-ROMs can only be returned if faulty or the seal has
not been broken. How long will delivery take? All UK orders are
generally delivered in ten working days or less, however
please allow up to 28 days for deliveries. For international orders
please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please note the minimum post and
package charge for any order is £3.50 for orders up to £40,
£5.50 for orders up to £100 and £7.50 for orders over £100.
Customers in Europe and the rest of the World should add 30% of
their order total for postage and packing charges. Overseas orders Unfortunately, we may not be able to accept
orders over £100 outside Europe due to variations in postal
charges. Certain large products are only available for
delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland. Information about product
availability is clearly stated on individual product pages if
